Do I need to book in advance?
No prior reservation is necessary. You can purchase all services at the park, except for the Lost Canyon tour and trek.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments in cash, debit, credit and Mercado Pago.
Can I cancel or change the date?
You can cancel or change the date of your activity with 24 hours' notice by contacting us at 0260 465-9528
What happens if it rains?
The activities will take place rain or shine, but if conditions are too adverse, we may have to reschedule. We recommend being prepared for the weather.
